HPBA members direct the Association's efforts to assist the industry through leadership positions on the Board of Directors, standing committees, and ad hoc working groups. HPBA’s desire is to increase members’ involvement in order to sustain the Association and its benefits, while giving members an opportunity to get involved, lead, and make a difference in the hearth, patio, and barbecue industries.
