HPBExpo
The premiere trade show for the hearth, patio and barbecue industries, HPBExpo attracts thousands of industry professionals annually to buy, sell, and learn about the latest products and technologies. Held in a different city each year, HPBExpo includes hundreds of indoor and outdoor exhibits as well as opportunities to network, socialize, and attend educational seminars.
Education
Get smart. Discounted rates on training and education resources are offered including business management, sales marketing, and technical training programs through the Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Education Foundation (HPBEF).
Get certified. The National Fireplace Institute® (NFI) is a nationally recognized certification program for hearth planners and installers. HPBA Members are entitled to discounts on training materials and exams.
Extensive education courses are provided annually at HPBA affiliate meetings and at the HPBExpo Education program.
Government Affairs
Stay in the Loop. HPBA’s Government Affairs Department keeps tabs on regulations, legislation, and codes and standards affecting our industry. More importantly, we work on your behalf to avoid unwarranted limits on product design and installation while preserving the environment, safety, and consumer satisfaction.

HPBA's Annual Report. HPBA publishes an annual report each year. The report is a roundup of activities and financial status of the association.

HPBA Journal and Bulletin. Each month HPBA takes a look at the business side of retailing through the HPBA Journal that appears in Hearth & Home magazine and the HPBA Bulletin that appears in Casual Living magazines - sent to every member as a membership benefit.
