HPBA works to serve the business of its members as a vital addition to America's energy portfolio. By advocating the industry's legislative interests at every level of government, promoting the growth of the industry and protecting the industry from restrictive public policy and regulations, our aim is simple:  to influence government through education.

We also have a strong grassroots advocacy campaign that couples our government initiatives. We train our affiliates and members and provide the tools to start local campaigns around the country.
