EPA Voluntary Programs

  • Low Mass Fireplace

ASTM Low Mass Fireplace Task Group has sent their sampling method out to ballot. A draft fueling protocol has also been distributed for comment. The group will conduct a series of tests based on fueling protocol using the emissions catch method proposed. Also, HPBA and a small group of fireplace manufactureres will fund independent testing by three laboratories.
