HPBA collects industry statistics and conducts surveys that are primarily targeted to the needs of its manufacturers, retailers, distributors, and sales rep members in the hearth and barbecue industries. This information is used to promote the industry to the general public and other interested parties, as well as protect the industry from unnecessary or poorly conceived regulatory and/or environmental proposals. Hearth Market Report

Eligible hearth manufacturers contribute their shipment data quarterly and receive detailed, aggregate reports for their participation. High level data is published annually and is available to non-participating manufacturers, retailers, distributes, sales reps, servicers & installers, media, and general public.                 

Consumer Behavior Research

HPBA sponsors one major consumer study every year, with odd years focused on the barbecue industry while even years focus on the hearth industry. These reports are available to HPBA members who are manufacturers, retailers, distributors, sales reps, and servicers & installers.
